Exciting tasks await

• You lead projects and sub-projects in the areas of digital transformation, change management, process management and quality management.
• You will accompany and coordinate the Community of Practice Digital Transformation of the State Chancellery and promote professional exchange within the network.
• You work closely with the Head of Digital Affairs / CDO State Chancellery and the Digital Officers of the departments of the State Chancellery and support them in digital projects and change processes.
• You develop and accompany formats in innovation management and moderate workshops, working groups and participatory processes.
• You support the further development of digital solutions, methods and structures in the State Chancellery and provide impetus for a future-oriented administration.

What you bring

• You have a university degree or a comparable education, ideally in business administration, administrative science, organizational development, digitalization or business informatics.
• You will bring experience in managing projects (preferably in a public environment) as well as in-depth knowledge of change, process, quality or innovation management and workshop moderation.
• You can express yourself clearly and convincingly in writing and verbally and pick up different stakeholders appropriately.
• You work independently, take responsibility, think in a network and joyfully accompany people in change processes.
• You like to take on a role model, do not let yourself get out of peace so quickly and do not go to the basement to laugh.

The State Chancellery supports and advises the General Government Council. It plans, organises and coordinates the government processes comprehensively, i.e. taking into account all operational, communicative, legal and strategic issues.
