Exciting tasks await

• Overall project management within the framework of the implementation of the health policy overall planning 2030 on the topic of rescue, including project organisation, roadmap, resource planning as well as management of deadlines, costs, quality, risks and reporting
• Analysis of emergency service care data and determination of justified operational areas as well as design and coordination of the award and application procedure including suitability and award criteria
• Structure of the management and coordination function of the SNZ 144, definition of scheduling and instruction processes and cleaning of interfaces with all operational partners
• Feasibility and implementation analysis of the connection of the medical emergency call centre to the cantonal administration

What you bring

• Master’s degree from a technical college or university in a relevant subject area or degree from a secondary technical school with corresponding additional training (DAS, MAS), preferably in business administration, public management, health care, rescue, civil protection, logistics or business informatics
• Several years of experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects with different stakeholders
• In-depth experience in health or rescue, civil protection, emergency services or a comparable regulated, safety-critical environment
• Experience with organisational development, procurement, procurement or legislative projects
• High level of negotiation and communication, a skilful attitude towards authorities and specialist bodies as well as a binding, solution-oriented and robust working method
