Main responsibilities
- You advise and serve our customers with joy and your expertise
- With creativity and skill you design flower arrangements and take care of flowers and plants
- You focus on an attractive presentation of goods, efficient merchandise management and ensuring availability
- You take care of returns and process complaints
- You handle cash register settlements reliably and accurately You step in at the checkout if necessary
Key requirements
- Ideally, a few years of professional experience: in the retail trade specialising in flowers/plants or as a florist
- Completed basic or further training: in the retail trade specialising in flowers/plants or as a florist
- As a customer-oriented personality with a passion for sales, you make shopping a positive experience
- PC skills and a high level of digital fitness distinguish you
