For the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB) Region Solothurn we are looking for a specialist secretary at KESB, 80% as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility

Professionally, organisationally and in terms of personnel, you will lead the KESB law firm.

Key requirements

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship degree or an equivalent education.
  • Accumulated professional experience, preferably in the protection of children and adults, in public administration, in a court or law firm are beneficial.
  • An experienced handling of IT resources is a matter of course for you.
  • You are a balanced, open person with high social skills and empathy for people in difficult life situations.

Company and context

  • You are responsible for the entire session organization and ensure the administrative support for KESB.
  • They receive requests and notifications, open cases and dossiers, are responsible for the completeness of the files and bring the dossiers to the attention of KESB.
