• Life in old age at the two locations in Laufenburg and Rheinfelden, the needs and the self-determination and co-determination of our residents are the focus. In your Seora team, colleagues from different occupational groups – carers, activation staff, and residents' services – work together respectfully and on an equal footing. Together you ensure that our residents are personally and warmly cared for in a family atmosphere – always taking into account their individual needs and life history. Thanks to the immediate proximity to the acute care hospital, qualified medical assistance and medical care is provided around the clock at both locations, and interdisciplinary cooperation with case management and physiotherapy, among others, is practiced on a daily basis.
