Their tasks

• With your extended clinical expertise, you can advise and support our care teams.
• You actively participate in the development of care in your area of responsibility.
• Internal and higher-level work instructions and standards are developed and evaluated by you.
• You plan and conduct further training, short training and case discussions and work as a lecturer in-clinic.
• In projects and topic-specific working groups, you are actively involved or take over the leadership.
• With your expertise, you support the experts in your area of responsibility.
• In complex patient situations, you bring your expertise directly to the care and carry out assessments, consultations and symptom management.
• On isolated days you work in the direct care at the patient bed

Your profile

• Completed MScN studies (or further education to MScN)
• Several years of professional experience in the acute hospital.
• Enjoy working in interprofessional teams.
• An empathetic, flexible and committed personality with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy the further development of a professional care.
• An independent working method and a high quality awareness.
