- Responsible for the correct and attractive issue of food and drinks at the buffet and a smooth running of all service stations (buffet, cash register, issue and office)
Main responsibilities

- Responsible for the correct and attractive issue of food and drinks at the buffet and a smooth running of all service stations (buffet, cash register, issue and office)
- Service at the checkout incl. correct collection of the offer and billing Responsible for daily orders
- compliance with food hygiene and quality regulations, implementation of all TQM requirements
- implementation of cleaning work including basic cleaning
- ready-to-use MO-FR between 6.00-19.30
- Work willingness to work in various departments and in special operations outside the usual working hours Profile:
- Complete training in gastronomy and/or hotel of advantage
- Multiannual experience in gastronomy in a similar position
- Barista training and corresponding experience of advantage
