You help to keep our product groups competitive and reliable. With your market understanding, you work on procurement processes, carry out analyses and participate in negotiations and the further development of our strategies.

• You are responsible for tendering and awarding processes from need identification to successful contract conclusion
• You develop commodity group strategies in close cooperation with the central material group managers and implement them
• You analyze procurement markets, carry out benchmarks and tap into savings and optimization potential
• You control active supplier management including evaluation, development and negotiations
• You take responsibility in projects and ensure transparency through reporting, forecasts and key figures

Requirements

• Several years of experience in purchasing: ideally in the food or consumer goods industry as well as in purchasing raw materials
• Eidg. Professional card: as a purchasing specialist or a comparable qualification (ideally with business education)
• You act independently, assert yourself and work successfully in cross-functional teams
• You convince with analytical thinking, structured working methods and strong negotiating skills
• You work safely with SAP S/4 and MS Office
