We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to complement our care team from now on or by agreement, who will work with us for the benefit of our clients as Graduated nurse HF (pensum 40% - 50%) Spitex Kaisten is a small, manageable Spitex organization. Your tasks

• Self-responsible, competent and resource-oriented care and advice of our clients
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the nursing diagnostic process
• Co-responsibility in ensuring the required quality of care
• Cooperation with relatives and other professionals
• Close cooperation within the interprofessional team

You bring that with you

• Dipl. Nurse HF, DN II, ACP or tertiary education recognised by SRC
• Spitex experience is beneficial
• High level of technical and social skills
• Flexibility, resilience and teamwork
• Self-employed and responsible working practices
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German
• Driving licence Cat. B
