Their tasks

• On-demand expertise: You support the team punctually in acute situations and work peaks.
• Eagle Eye: You recognize critical changes lightning fast and act immediately.
• Team booster: You keep your back free and ensure smooth shift operation
• Flex late service: Your service hours (between 14:45 and 23:09) are defined together from Monday to Friday. Individual day services ensure quality.
• Safe Start: In order to start fully, you will be thoroughly trained for at least 80% for 3 months.

Your profile

• The Foundation: Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH with advanced expertise (IMC course / vocational trainer or NDS intensive care / emergency care)
• The character: Flexible, decisive, strong in appearance and absolutely stress resistant.
• The working method: Independent, team-oriented and assertive
