- You support and promote the social and emotional skills and abilities of patients (age ≤ 18 years) in the outpatient setting
- You support the patients in the design of the daily structure and take over the psychiatric-social-pedagogical care in cooperation with the case-leading therapists of the interdisciplinary team from the medical, psychological and nursing profession.
Main responsibilities
- You support and promote the social and emotional skills and abilities of patients (age ≤ 18 years) in the outpatient setting
- You support the patients in the design of the daily structure and take over the psychiatric-social-pedagogical care in cooperation with the case-leading therapists of the interdisciplinary team from the medical, psychological and nursing profession.
- In crisis situations, you act competently and provide the children, adolescents and their family caregivers with security.
- You are jointly responsible for the implementation of treatment planning Requirements
- You have a tertiary education degree in social pedagogy HF/FH as well as professional experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
- You ideally have experience and knowledge in seeking work
