Their tasks

• You accompany patients competently and empathetically before, during and after diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• You coordinate the daily routine, keep an overview even in emergencies and unforeseen situations and ensure a smooth process.
• You carry out urological and nursing interventions independently or assist in various diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• You ensure safe medication, the proper handling of samples and careful documentation.
• You advise and instruct patients and support them competently in dealing with their therapies.
• You work closely and on an equal footing with the interprofessional team and actively contribute your ideas.
• You develop professionally, take on responsibility and help shape the further development of our processes.

Your profile

• Diploma of nursing specialist HF/FH (foreign diplomas: SRC recognition).
• Ideally, experience in urological interventions and minimally invasive interventions.
• Enjoy a versatile, dynamic and specialized working environment.
• Independent, responsible and structured working methods.
• Rest and professionalism even in demanding or unforeseen situations.
• Strong patient orientation, empathy and communication strength.
• Joy of interprofessional cooperation and active participation.
• Willingness to continuously develop your own expertise and acquire new skills.
