Who you are for us
- Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with a strong understanding of connections and a holistic view
- InterRai HC course completed or ready to complete
- High independence, communication skills and good organisational ability, even in complex (care) situations
- Readiness to learn and enjoy active cooperation
- Solid knowledge in med.-techn. Area (e.g. Port-a-cath, Pleur-X, etc.)
- Experience as a case management in the Spitex is a plus
