- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute or palliative care
Main responsibilities
- To complete our teams, we are recruiting: A Day Nurse Duties Your activities and responsibilities will be to:
- Practice care in accordance with the mission, values, and objectives of the institution
- Plan and organize individualized care to meet the complex needs of patients in acute palliative care
- Ensure the continuity of nursing care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate closely with physicians, strictly applying established medication prescriptions, institutional care protocols, and delegated medical acts
- Ensure a flexible work rhythm, including day, evening, night, and weekend rotations, to meet the operational needs of the institution and ensure optimal continuity of care
- Maintain and develop the quality of care for patients and their loved ones
- Ensure respect for deceased patients and participate in the presentation of the body in the room
- Participate in the definition of the care project and its evolution in line with the "What is important to you?" concept
- Participate in case review meetings to discuss complex situations
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute or palliative care
- Knowledge of palliative care or willingness to pursue CAS training Proficiency in IT tools (Office, Soarian) Strong listening and communication skills Adaptability and flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Perfect command of the French language
