- In our staff restaurant in the gourmet segment of Migros Industrie (Chocolat Frey, CoffeeB, Café Royal, Crème d'Or), you will provide moments of enjoyment for our employees from Monday to Friday.
- You prepare varied, cold and warm dishes for our staff restaurant every day and ensure enjoyable break moments.
- You will produce fresh sandwiches and snacks and make sure that attractive offers are always available in the break room.
- 2-4 years of professional experience: in a similar position in gastronomy or many years of experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in community catering.
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): as a cook EFZ or equivalent training
Main responsibilities
- You prepare varied, cold and warm dishes for our staff restaurant every day and ensure enjoyable break moments.
- You will produce fresh sandwiches and snacks and make sure that attractive offers are always available in the break room.
- You will take care of orders, goods receipt and warehouse management and ensure that all required items are available on time.
- You will prepare the lunch service and help prepare catering orders such as coffee breaks, aperitifs and standing lunches.
- You will consistently implement HACCP guidelines, carry out cleaning work according to the programme and support the training of our apprentices in the kitchen.
Key requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience: in a similar position in gastronomy or many years of experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in community catering.
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): as a cook EFZ or equivalent training
- Experience with HACCP and hygiene regulations as well as enjoyment of structured, clean work.
- High level of service and customer orientation as well as a pronounced awareness of quality.
