• They are professionals in the labour market and know about current developments. You support your job seekers with this know-how and thus contribute to successful job placements.
• You are happy to work intensively with a wide variety of internal and external positions – always at the service of job seekers.
• They are also open to new challenges and willing to work at other RAV locations in the Canton of Aargau.

What you bring

• Vocational training completed for at least 3 years and recognised continuing education (preferably as an HR specialist or interested in completing this continuing education)
• Will to perform, resilience, as well as a result-oriented and assertive personality
• Professional experience in customer consulting, mediation, sales, personnel management or personnel work paired with a good portion of life experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and high service orientation
• A forward-looking and experienced use of IT tools, administrative routine and stylish knowledge of German

Your working environment

At the Office for Economic Affairs and Labour, we enforce federal laws such as the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG), the Employment Services Act (AVG) and Labour Law (ArG). The main tasks are advising and arranging job seekers, paying unemployment allowances for beneficiaries and supervising industry and trade with regard to occupational safety and health protection.
