Tasks
- Responsibility for electrical engineering as well as ensuring the operational readiness, availability and safety of the electrical systems in the managed buildings and areas
- Performing maintenance, inspection and repair work on distributions, lighting systems, switchgear, control and regulation systems, safety and emergency power systems and building automation/GLT systems (depending on the object)
- Localization, analysis and correction of faults on electrical systems and devices including professional documentation
- Performing periodic checks and measurements in accordance with Swiss standards and regulations (e.g. NIN, NIV, SUVA guidelines)
- Cooperation in conversions, modernizations and optimization projects in building technology (e.g. energy efficiency, LED conversion, load optimization)
- Supporting other trades (HVAC, sanitary, building control technology), coordinating external service providers and suppliers as well as ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
- Participation in Pikett/Readiness after Operational Planning
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as electrical installer EFZ
- Experience in technical equipment, ideally in building management, industry or service sector
- Good application knowledge of the relevant Swiss standards and regulations (e.g. NIN, NIV, ESTI requirements, SUVA guidelines)
- Safe handling of switching and installation plans and measuring and test equipment
- Experience with systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of building automation / MSR technology is an advantage
- Category B driving licence
