- As Co-Departmental Management Care, you take over the management of the care team and together with the management team bear the responsibility for the organization and management of the department.

- Completed training as a dipl. Care professional HF / FH. For foreign diplomas, SRK registration is a prerequisite.
- A completed leadership training or the willingness to complete it.
- Experience in psychiatric/psychotherapeutic setting.
- Experience in managing groups.
- They like to take on responsibility, bring a high degree of resilience and reflectivity.
- A high degree of quality awareness.
