In our Helvetia daycare center «bal4Kids», we look after around 70 children aged between 4 months and 10 years. For our dedicated team, we are looking for a warm, responsible personality who happily accompanies children through their daily routine in a preschool group and supports them in their development. Look forward to a family-like atmosphere where appreciation, team spirit, and humor are just as important as professionalism. Your ideas are welcome, and you have the opportunity to actively shape daily life at the daycare.
What you will achieve
- You individually accompany children in a preschool group in their development and promote them according to our pedagogical principles
- Create a safe, structured, and loving everyday life in which children feel comfortable and can unfold
- Encourage children's play, discovery, and learning and cater to their diverse needs
- Actively participate in excursions, projects, and events and enrich daycare life with your own ideas
- Take on smaller organizational and housekeeping tasks and support a smooth daily routine
- You mentor a 2nd-year apprentice, accompany them in their daily work, and share your expertise and experience with them
What you bring
- Completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) or an equivalent pedagogical qualification
- Experience in mentoring apprentices is a prerequisite, and a practical trainer qualification is an advantage
- Joy in accompanying and promoting the development of children of various age groups
- You act calmly, responsibly, and keep an overview even in lively situations
- Independent, reliable, and proactive way of working as well as openness to new ideas and changes
- Pronounced team spirit, helpfulness, and willingness to share knowledge and experience with others
- Very good written and spoken German language skills

Requirements
Completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) or equivalent pedagogical qualification
