- Manage activation calendars and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Analyze engagement and retention KPIS (repurchase rate, frequency, average basket).
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a key point of contact between boutique, markets, marketing and commercial teams.
