Role overview
Within the Private Banking Department, the Client Support Officer Private Banking plays a key role in delivering a high‑quality service experience to our clients and supporting our Client Relationship Officers (CROs) in the day‑to‑day management of client relationships.You will be responsible for the full range of administrative and operational activities linked to client accounts, ensuring that all instructions are executed accurately, efficiently and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Working closely with CROs and key control functions, you will help prepare client meetings, maintain up‑to‑date documentation, and contribute to the promotion of digital and paperless solutions.
This position is suited to an experienced private banking professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is comfortable with complex client requests and financial instruments, and is committed to delivering excellent service with a strong risk‑aware and compliance mindset. The role requires close interaction with Russian‑speaking clients and therefore a high level of proficiency in Russian.
· Provide proactive day‑to‑day support to one or more CROs in managing a portfolio of private banking clients, ensuring seamless coordination of all client‑related activities.
