Do you like to organize, keep track of several parallel tasks and communicate in style? In this function, you support the chief physician of obstetrics in administrative and organizational matters and, if necessary, take over the deputy for the chief physicians of gynecology and pediatrics. In doing so, you play an active role in everyday hospital life and ensure well-coordinated processes. The position is available as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Their tasks

• They support the chief physician of obstetrics in administrative and organizational matters and coordinate his agenda and appointments forward-looking.
• They organise internal and external specialist events, prepare meetings and draw up minutes.
• They support projects and coordinate the associated administrative tasks.
• You work closely with the team of the chief medical secretariat in the department of women and children and take over the deputy of your team members in the event of holidays.

Your profile

• They bring professional experience in a comparable assistant role or in a chief medical secretariat and handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
• They work independently, structured and reliable, set priorities and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• They communicate empathetically and appropriately, enjoy working with people and are committed to the team.
• They have very good user knowledge in the common office programs and can quickly find their way into new systems.
• They compose correspondence stylishly in German and perform calmly and professionally even in demanding situations. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
