For the exclusive Tertianum Parkresidence and the public parking restaurant in miles, we will be looking for an Intern-Breififififübung on 01 October 2026 or by appointment one/a cook/cook EFZ 50-100% part service 08:45 a.m.
or part-time with five working days from 8:45 a.m.
respectively five working days from 4:00 p.m.
your responsibilities
- responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all food forms according to menu plan and special wishes
- responsible for efficient storage management
- adherence to the HACCP concept and work safety guidelines
- professional and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
- co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management your profile
- training to/to the cook/cook EFZ with work experience
- proven experience in the upscale catering/hotellerie in the à la carte area of hot and cold cuisine as well as for banquets
- use of a flair for preparing and decorating food
- willingness to take part in the evening.
