Mansioni

• You lead and develop the team incoming goods consisting of 10–16 employees
• You plan and control the personnel deployment as well as the daily logistics processes
• You ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality regulations
• You optimize processes together with the head of intralogistics and bring your own ideas
• You work in logistics projects and ensure a smooth process with SAP

Requirements

• 5 years of experience: in intralogistics, ideally with first management experience
• Completed basic or further training: as a logistician EFZ, ideally with further training (e.g. logistics specialist FA)
• You organize in a structured way, quickly identify optimization potential and set improvements with a good sense of priorities
• You communicate clearly, appear safely and assert yourself in everyday life
• Forklift ID (SUVA-recognized), good SAP knowledge (S4/EWM)
• in German (negotiation confident)
