In the Seora – Living in old age at the two locations in Laufenburg and Rheinfelden, the needs as well as the self-determination and co-determination of our residents are at the center. In your Seora team, colleagues from different professional groups – carers, employees of the activation and resident service – work together respectfully and on an equal footing. Together, you ensure that our residents are cared for personally and warmly in a family atmosphere – always taking into account their individual needs and life story. Thanks to the immediate proximity to the acute hospital, qualified medical assistance and medical care is provided at both locations around the clock and the interdisciplinary cooperation with case management and physiotherapy is lived daily. Seora is part of the GZF.
- You lead your team of 15 employees: women with joy and team spirit
- For the residents: you bring a lot of empathy and always have an open ear for their concerns
- You want to give the residents a self-determined life in order to offer them a fulfilled home away from their home
- You also take part in the care - teamwork is your first priority
- You actively shape the change process for the reorientation of our nursing home
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- A few years of leadership experience in a nursing home are beneficial
- High social skills & the ability to accompany, promote and sustainably motivate the team in an appreciative way
- Perseverance and joy in new tasks and projects
- Self-employed, responsible and organised working practices
