What you bring

• Completed law degree (Master of Law) and several years of legal or tax professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of tax and administrative law is an advantage

The Cantonal Tax Office (KStA) is responsible for the implementation of cantonal and federal tax laws. The municipalities invest and receive the taxes of natural persons; the CPC performs the supervisory function. All other types of tax are assessed and received by the KStA itself. Furthermore, on behalf of the Government Council, the KStA develops the basis for financial planning and tax policy. Our approximately 710,000 inhabitants and the 198 municipal administrations expect us to provide qualified services every day.
