• Management of the Political Affairs and Projects Unit
• Coordination and management of the department’s political affairs, including timetables, reports and statements, and responses to political initiatives
• Management of legislative revisions in the area of civil protection and management or cooperation of projects and sub-projects
• Collaboration in the preparation of the annual report and the task and financial plan of the department
• Advising and supporting the head of the department, the heads of the department

What you bring

• Completed studies in humanities, politics or law
• Stylistic German and fluency in written expression
• Knowledge of cantonal administration and political processes in the Canton of Aargau is an advantage
• Experience in the development of decision-making bases and reports
