- You receive our patients in a friendly and professional manner, coordinate the outpatient consultation and prepare them
- You advise competently, empathetically and with a pronounced patient orientation in telephone inquiries
- You take on patient-related administrative tasks with care and organizational talent
- You support our doctors in administrative matters in the fields of nephrology, hematology and acute geriatrics
- You plan the blood draws and carry them out independently and routinely
- You have completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ and have several years of work experience in the health care sector
- You have very good knowledge of German and are accustomed to communicating in word and script appropriate to the addressee
- You enjoy contact with patients as well as administrative and organizational work
- You are an organizational talent with a high quality awareness and team spirit
