Full description

You support the departmental management of women & children in organizational, administrative and analytical tasks and have different topics in mind. You create evaluations in financial and performance controlling, support in quality issues and participate in projects for the further development of processes. You work closely with different specialist areas and actively contribute your ideas. The position is available on 1 November 2026 or by agreement.

Their tasks

• You create analyses and reports in financial and performance controlling and regularly check outpatient billings.
• You take on administrative and organizational tasks and organize meetings and events.
• You create presentations and minutes and prepare information for department management.
• You support the department in ensuring quality standards and in connection with ISO certifications.
• You participate in various projects for organizational and process optimization and support the implementation of improvements.
• You work on different questions and are also actively involved beyond your own area of responsibility.

Your profile

• You have at least three years of hospital experience, ideally in a comparable function.
• You have completed a degree in business administration or health economics.
• You work proactively, communicate clearly and think along with your tasks.
• You take a structured approach, work independently and bring your own ideas to solve problems.
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• The working days Wednesday to Friday are binding for you until August 2027.
