Full description

For our weekly bed we are looking for 1. July 2026, or by agreement, an attentive person who likes to take responsibility, keeps an overview and appreciates the team's cooperation. You lead a small team in the service hotel industry and, together with various professional groups, ensure that our wives and their companions feel good and work smoothly in everyday life. Your tasks:

• You lead a team of 4-5 employees and support them in organizational, administrative and co-ordinative topics.
• You plan and coordinate the missions in the team and ensure smooth daily routines.
• You coordinate and organize the various hotel services on the weekly bed.
• You order meals and ensure professional care around food and drinks.
• You are a member of the Wöchnerinnen team and their companions in everyday life, supporting questions on room infrastructure and services. You work closely with care, cleaning, logistics and other professional groups.
• You manage food, laundry and materials.
• You ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Your profile:
• You have a completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or restoration specialist EFZ.
• You bring experience in the hospital environment and leadership experience.
• You like to work in the team and have a strong service understanding.
• You are also organised in lively situations, friendly and resilient.
• You take responsibility and work independently.
• You are interested in health care and work in an interprofessional environment.
