- Support of clinic management in business, administrative and organisational matters as well as administrative support of the medical profession
- Participation in financial and HR analyses as well as in the evaluation of data from the radiology information system
Main responsibilities
- Support of clinic management in business, administrative and organisational matters as well as administrative support of the medical profession
- Participation in financial and HR analyses as well as in the evaluation of data from the radiology information system
- Cooperation in accounting, monthly closing and controlling tasks including time and overtime controlling
- Support and representation of the clinic manager in day-to-day operations, in particular in the event of holidays and other absences

Company and context
- Cooperation in clinical management projects, especially in the areas of finance, personnel and organization Requirements
- Completed basic commercial training with further training in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an assistant function, preferably in a demanding administrative or business environment
- Knowledge of health care, especially radiology, is an advantage
- Independent, proactive and responsible working methods with high quality standards
- Strong organizational skills, networked thinking, team orientation and discretion
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
- Very good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of clinical information systems and SAP are beneficial We offer:
