Full description

You work in rejection management and support the administrative audit of stationary invoices. You coordinate requests from the payers and ensure that the required documents are available in full and on time. Most of your day-to-day work is done in your home office. Even with complaints you keep the overview. The position is available immediately or by agreement.

Their tasks

• You coordinate reporting requests from cost carriers for stationary invoices.
• You collect inquiries and billing complaints in the Navision administrative system.
• You send the requested reports and documents electronically.
• You check incoming invoice complaints and forward them to the competent authorities.
• You clarify individual cases by phone with the payers if necessary.
• You ensure a complete and comprehensible flow of information to the respective cases.

Your profile

• You know the medical terminology and can classify medical information.
• You understand clinical processes and their administrative connections.
• You work safely with the common MS-Office applications.
• You are IT-savvy and quickly work your way into new systems.
• You work carefully and keep track of several requests.
• You communicate clearly and bindingly with internal and external contact persons.
