Main responsibilities
- During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: Receive and refer bank customers Advise bank customers
- Support bank customers via digital channels Assist in advising customers
- Prepare and process banking transactions administratively
- In the various departments you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers.
- You can complete your training with us either in the EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational baccalaureate.
- In addition to the classic work situations in banking, you will also be involved in the following areas: Marketing & Communication HR & Talent Development Project management Requirements: School-wise
- Completed secondary school with good grades
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German is mandatory, knowledge of French is an advantage Personal Sociable and communicative Enjoyment of learning Teamwork skills Reliability and precise work Open to new things interests
