- You carry out independent controls on the building technology (electrical and sanitary system, heating, ventilation)
- You repair everything possible in and outside the buildings such as door, window, wall, joint, toilet, floors, paths, furniture, etc.
- Through targeted maintenance, you ensure the functionality and safety of building technology systems, playgrounds and disposal plants
- You care for our plants in the building, outside the lawn, the meadow, the hedge, the fence, the shafts, our parking and the road surface
