Application process
- Application responsibility for the Instrument Manager (IM) as well as support and further development of the interfaces to Epic (Beaker) and the connected laboratory equipment.
- Connection, commissioning and technical support of new laboratory equipment including documentation.
- Ensure stable operation of the IFIK server infrastructure (productive and test environments).
- monitoring and support of servers, services, interfaces and subsystems with the aim of high system availability;
- Analysis of disruptions and rapid implementation of corrective measures.
- Collaboration in incident and problem management (ticket system), especially for IT systems in the laboratory environment.
- Collaboration in IT projects on behalf of the supervisor.
- Support the IT service IFIK to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
