Full description

You act as a link between the clinical departments, the administrative units and digitalization & ICT. They analyse processes, identify potential for optimisation and actively promote the digitalisation of processes and IT solutions in the hospital environment. Through your work, you make an important contribution to increasing efficiency, quality and user satisfaction. The position is available immediately or by agreement. Their tasks:

• They analyse, document and optimise clinical and administrative processes.
• They collect, structure and prioritize requirements from the specialist areas.
• They advise specialist departments on the digitization and further development of their work processes.
• You create specialist concepts, process descriptions and requirements documentation.
• They participate in the evaluation and further development of IT systems.
• They coordinate the cooperation between departments, computer science, suppliers and external partners.
• They recognize potential for improvement and actively shape the digital transformation.
• They communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels. Your profile:
• They have a specialist or university degree in business informatics, medical informatics or equivalent education.
• Further training in business analysis, process management or project management is an advantage.
• You bring several years of experience in digitalization projects in the healthcare sector.
• They are familiar with clinical and administrative hospital processes or are ready to quickly familiarize themselves with them.
• They understand the relationships between ICT architecture, applications, interfaces and processes. Ideally, you are familiar with standards such as HL7, FHIR and DICOM.
• You have experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes as well as a good understanding of IT systems and digital workflows.
• They work in a structured and methodical way and can document and convey complex requirements in an understandable way.
