Exciting tasks await

• Allocation of children and adolescents to the individual special schools on the basis of technical reports
• Assessment of registrations for special schools and decision regarding the need for a special school
• Writing of allocation decisions
• Processing of return requests and feedback from parents, regular and special schools taking into account legal requirements
• Participation in the further development of the Departmental Coordination Office and participation in projects

What you bring

• Proven legal knowledge (legal or paralegal), ideally with experience in administration
• Education and experience in psychology, special education or social work
• Dedication, teamwork, high social skills and convincing attitude towards the actors of the school as well as good cooperation in the team
• Psychological resilience and ability to keep track even in complex situations
• Good verbal and written expressive ability, quick comprehension, analytical thinking and enjoyment of efficient administrative tasks

Staff of the General Secretariat provide business and project services, legal, communication, human resources, finance, information technology, real estate and infrastructure for the Department of Education, Culture and Sport.
