Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP)
For the field of Forensic Psychiatry Ambulant (ZFPA) we are looking for you as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau. Over the area
The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP) consists of the expert opinion centre, the Center for Forensic Psychiatry Stationary (ZFPS) and the Center for Forensic Psychiatry Outpatient (ZFPA). The expert body produces a large number of expert opinions for administrative contracting authorities every year. The ZFPS comprises six wards with a total of 74 beds, on which mentally ill offenders are treated within the framework of court-ordered therapeutic measures (Art. 59 StGB) and crisis interventions are carried out on patients from prisons and remands. The ZFPA runs a forensic ambulatory and offers a prison psychiatric consiliary and liaison service.
Tasks
- They carry out integrative psychotherapies (disorder- and delinquency-oriented, supportive) in individual and multi-person setting under superpsychological supervision
- Read the detailed files of your patients as a basis for therapy planning
- They write detailed treatment progress reports to the receiving authorities
- They carry out risk assessments in the course of therapy
- A further focus of your work is the interface with the judicial authorities.
Profile
- They are characterized by high social skills, good communication skills, flexibility and resilience.
- University / University of Applied Sciences Master of Science in Psychology as well as a Swiss-recognised therapy education or interest in completing such a degree
- Experience in forensic psychiatry is desired
- Professional experience as a case-leading psychologist
- Designated ability for interdisciplinary collaboration
- You are interested in developing further in forensic psychiatry and psychology
