- In order to strengthen our commercial office, we are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETAR/IN immediately or by agreement (temporary until the end of March 2027) (100%) Your responsibilities
- They terminate the trials at the court, independently make the corresponding appointments and manage our electronic appointment calendar (Outlook).
Main responsibilities
- In order to strengthen our commercial office, we are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETAR/IN immediately or by agreement (temporary until the end of March 2027) (100%) Your responsibilities
- They terminate the trials at the court, independently make the corresponding appointments and manage our electronic appointment calendar (Outlook).
- They record new procedures in business administration and create the corresponding files.
- They create and send subpoenas to the parties to the process.
- They archive the files in the summary proceedings.
- If necessary, you will assist with the operation of our telephone exchange and the counter and will be the first point of contact for parties and legal seekers.
- You take over the deputy of your colleagues within the commercial law firm as well as other general secretarial work.
