  • Ottima conoscenza del sistema formativo svizzero.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, dell’inglese e buona conoscenza di un’altra lingua nazionale, altre competenze linguistiche costituiscono titolo preferenziale.
  • Buone competenze relazionali, doti di ascolto e comunicative.
  • Spirito di iniziativa, flessibilità, attitudine al problem-solving e al lavoro in team.

Application process

  • Support students in preparing the application dossier and in conducting interviews.
  • Conceptualize and implement events in the field of professional inclusion.
  • Develop content for seminars and workshops on topics related to professional and personal career planning and development.
  • Develop activities aimed at matching supply and demand. Requirements
  • Training in the fields of human resources, economics, social sciences/communication or similar (university and/or high schools in the professional sector).
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in professional orientation, recruiting, placement or assessment activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Swiss training system.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English and good knowledge of another national language, other language skills are an advantage.

Company and context

  • The collaborator works autonomously in the daily management of consultancy, support and organization of events aimed at students, reporting to the Service Manager for strategic directions and major decisions. Duties
  • Raise awareness, inform and provide advice to SUPSI students (or potential ones) in relation to the professions and possibilities offered by the job market.
  • Accompany SUPSI students in becoming aware of their aptitudes, personal characteristics and professional objectives.
