For the IT infrastructure department at Safenwil, we are looking for a Voice & Network Administrator. Your tasks

• Operation of the 2nd-level hotline and processing, dispatching of 2nd-level tickets and escalation to 3rd-level support, if necessary
• Operation, monitoring and further development of telephony and communications infrastructure
• Administration and support of voice and unified communications solutions
• Support for the operation and further development of the network infrastructure
• Planning and implementation of system maintenance
• Participation in integration, migration and infrastructure projects
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation Your profile
• Completed training as an electrician, telematician, computer scientist, mediatologist or equivalent qualification
• Experience in operation as well as troubleshooting of telephony, communication or network infrastructures
• Interest in modern voice and unified communications solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC)
• Knowledge of Alcatel Enterprise, Luware or similar solutions as well as Cisco and Fortinet solutions
• Independent working methods, enjoyment of cross-team cooperation and high quality and safety awareness
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English
• Category B driving licence
