Your tasks With the opportunity to develop specifically as a customer service consultant and take over this function at a later date

• Support of customer service for customer reception and telephone operation
• Agreement of customer appointments and independent creation of customer orders
• Invoicing to customers and insurance companies
• Direct contact with insurance companies and proactive recruitment of claims experts
• Ensuring service processes and information flow between the departments involved
• Processing of debtors and creditors
• Maintain the master data your profile
• Completed basic training in the field of carrosserie or automotive technology with a commercial further education - or the willingness to complete it - or a commercial basic education in a technical environment
• Rapid comprehension, good communication skills, pleasure in customer contact and organizational flair
• Very independent, efficient and careful work
• German mother tongue, oral French or Italian skills are a plus
