Exciting tasks await

• Assistance, guidance and promotion of minor asylum seekers in domestic tasks and everyday areas of life
• Preparation of meals and ensuring a regulated daily routine
• Co-creation of a structured and positive everyday organization in the accommodation to ensure a gradual independence of the young people
• Support of the socio-educational team and maintenance of contacts and exchange with relevant contact persons
• Day and late shifts: Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and 22:30 as well as irregular weekend and public holidays

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a FaBe EFZ or employment actor with a federal professional card and several years of professional experience in dealing with young people aged between 14 and 18 years
• Enjoyment of domestic activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.)
• They keep a cool head even in hectic situations, act in a focused manner, set clear boundaries and resolve conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
• Interest, openness and understanding in contact with young people from other cultures
• Oral and written knowledge of German at least at level B1, other languages of advantage
• Proper reputation and ticket category B, own vehicle advantageous
