J e t t t b e w e r b e n For our customer in the district of Baden, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as Accounts Receivable & Quotation Clerk (40-60%) / try&hire
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Administration
- Recording, checking and posting invoices
- Preparation of final invoices including enclosures, warranty certificates and service contracts
- Opening and adapting projects and construction contracts in the ERP system
- Monitoring incoming payments and supporting the dunning process
- Creation of construction guarantees
- Maintaining the address master data in ABACUS
- Responsible for archiving and filing
Quotation & order processing
- Supporting the calculator in the preparation of quotations
- Editing tender and acquisition platforms such as Olmero and SiMap
- Entering, opening and sending offers
- Processing quotes, foreign exchange and orders
- Preparing work contracts and creating order confirmations
- Obtaining material prices and creating price requests
- Processing cancellations and active follow-up for open offers
- Maintaining incoming orders and the order book
- Maintaining the reference list
- Obtaining credit reports and checking customer terms and conditions
Administration and reception
- Supervising the telephone exchange and first point of contact for internal and external contacts
- Administrative and organisational tasks
Your Insight
- Commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in the construction industry, main construction or ancillary construction industry or in a construction-related company
- Practical experience in quotation, order processing and/or accounts receivable
- Understanding of commercial processes relating to construction projects, work contracts and invoicing
- Safe use of MS Office; knowledge of ABACUS and ERP systems is a plus
- Independent, structured and precise working methods
- Organisational talent with a pronounced flair for numbers
- Communication skills, teamwork skills and a friendly demeanour
- Pleasure in taking responsibility and coordinating different areas of responsibility
