You will join the Compliance Transaction Monitoring Team in Zurich, where you will help identify and assess high-risk transactions from an AML perspective while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
You will also carry out additional compliance controls and monitoring activities.
You will proactively support the front office by promoting business-oriented compliance culture and providing practical, risk-based guidance.

- Perform second-level reviews of high-risk transaction monitoring alerts to identify suspicious activities and potential financial crime risks;

- Assess completeness, accuracy and plausibility of RM explanations, supporting information, and documentation related to AML alerts;
- Conduct additional investigations into suspicious payments and transaction patterns;
- Manage the team mailbox and respond to internal requests
- Review transaction requests and oversee the daily operations of blocked accounts;
- Conduct periodic reviews of account blockages and assess their rationale and necessity;
- Prepare responses to SWIFT enquiries from correspondent banks;
- Provide practical guidance and training to Relationship Managers, promoting risk awareness across the bank;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, Business Risk, Legal, Risk, Credit, and Operations to ensure a coordinated approach;
