The Senior Change Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity in central project management for delivery of Procurement Taskforce activities in 2026.

- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, programme/project leadership roles within Procurement (S2P)
- Strong structuring and PMO capabilities, including milestone planning, reporting, and governance
Wichtige Anforderungen
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, programme/project leadership roles within Procurement (S2P)
- Strong structuring and PMO capabilities, including milestone planning, reporting, and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling
- Proven experience driving business transformation and change management in global organisations
- Good level of understanding of end‑to‑end Source to Pay processes and operating models
- Experience working with procurement technologies (e.g. SAP Ariba or comparable S2P platforms)
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries would be preferred
- Exposure to global procurement operating models including offshore or nearshore Centres of Excellence would be beneficial
- In-depth understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisation
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering a collaborative work environment
