The Global Network Management department is responsible for the management and strategy of Bank Julius Baer’s custodian and cash correspondent relationships.

- Relevant experience in a Network Management, Financial Institutions, Relationship Management or Client facing role in a banking environment preferred
- Demonstrated track record managing vendors and/or internal stakeholders, ideally related to custodian and cash correspondent preferred
Wichtige Anforderungen
- Relevant experience in a Network Management, Financial Institutions, Relationship Management or Client facing role in a banking environment preferred
- Demonstrated track record managing vendors and/or internal stakeholders, ideally related to custodian and cash correspondent preferred
- At least general knowledge of custody operations, market rules and cash operations, correspondent services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Demonstratable can-do mindset and a structured working style
- Ability to identify root causes of issues and required remediation under pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset and willingness to take on responsibility.
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve and/or guide the resolution of service issues
- Willingness to understand the mechanics of processes and to continue to develop expertise
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage external and internal relationships and represent Bank Julius Baer influencing to lead negotiations
- Strong team player, able to multi-task in a dynamic business environment
