We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to spearhead the design, customization, and optimization of our core financial accounting processes.

- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Finance Consultant.

- Key Skills: Deep understanding of accounting principles, record-to-report (R2R) processes, and complex financial reporting.
- Soft Skills: Fluent in English and/or German (written and spoken), strong communication skills, high motivation and drive to get things done, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, high flexibility
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and proven communication skills with the ability to decompose complex solutions into compelling storylines
- Strong understanding of key business processes related to accounting, data flows, interfaces and related configuration within SAP
- Proactive, collaborative and result-oriented mindset
