- Create and maintain accurate records electronically in line with established guidelines and processes
- Collaborate with outsourced providers to resolve queries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Modify, update, and process changes across applicable tools, systems, and documents to keep information current and accurate
- Analyse and assess insurance submissions with a focus on evaluating exposures and coverages to support sound underwriting decisions
- Prioritise new submissions quickly and effectively, identifying opportunities in collaboration with the broader underwriting team About the Team
- The Business Services team sits within Corporate Solutions Operations and serves as the operational backbone supporting our underwriting function.
- The team is responsible for delivering high-quality administration and operational support, ensuring that underwriting processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Working closely with underwriters, the team provides essential assistance across a range of underwriting activities — from data management and system updates to broker engagement — enabling the wider business to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. About You
