- Function as a single point of contact to clients and financial advisors throughout the loan process from end to end in a Telesales environment
- Manage active leads and loans to increase loan conversion rates resulting in higher firm revenue/profitability
- Proactively manage loan escalations as needed to ensure timely resolution, detailed communication to appropriate parties and participate in review post-mortem to ensure ongoing process improvement occurs
- Strengthen client retention by ensuring an outstanding client experience
- Proactively discuss and deliver solutions and referrals of UBS Bank USA offerings provided by other UBS groups and business divisions
